Noreen Doyle is an independent director on the boards of Credit Suisse Group (Zurich), Newmont Mining Corporation (Denver), QinetiQ (UK), and Rexam PLC. She is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a Director of the Sarita Kenedy East Foundation (New York).In August 2005, Noreen completed her four-year term as First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
