Mirinda Iseger is the founder and managing partner of William Brinn & Company, a Dutch consulting firm specialising in organisational change and practical research into end to end talent management. Previous to establishing William Brinn and Company, Mirinda spent nine years working for Oracle Corporation, as a Senior Director, managing their Education and Research division across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
