Sir Derek Morris is Provost of Oriel College, Oxford, Chairman of the Competition Commission, (formerly the Monopolies and Mergers Commission); Governor of the National Institute for Economic and Social Research. He has published widely on economic topics, most recently on economic reform in Chinese enterprises.
