Arvind K. Joshi M.D., F.R.C.S, F.A.C.O.G., M.B.A., C.H.E.
Dr. Arvind K. Joshi is Chief Executive Officer at St. Mary's Hospital Center in Montreal, a McGill University affiliated institution. He has held this position since 1997. He is an obstetrician and gynecologist with additional training in maternal-fetal medicine and was practicing high-risk pregnancy prior to his becoming CEO. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business and is a Certified Health Executive in the Canadian College of Health Services Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is an associate professor at McGill University. He is a member of the corporation of Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of Concordia University and the Board of Directors of the Association quebecoise des etablissements de sante et de services sociaux representing the McGill RUIS. He sits on several committees at various levels. His main areas of interest in healthcare are education, public policy and international healthcare systems ans issues.
